PRODUCTION PROCESS

Prepress is one of the most important stages of the production cycle. Each project delivered by a customer or made in our graphic studio is checked very carefully at every stage of production before commencing. This is the first step to a successful completion of the order.

In the process of printing we use electronic control to layer each colour to match the colouristic model accepted by the customer as much as possible.

In printing cards we can also use metallic paints, for example gold, silver, platinum, fluorescent paints and paints visible only under UV light.

In the process of laminating and punching we use machines especially designed for the production of plastic cards. This guarantees compatibility of the produced cards with ISO standards.
